Terms and Conditions Heel Wit/Disclaimer Applications of Terms All orders, offers and contracts of Heel Wit shall be on these conditions to the exclusion of any other Terms and Conditions. Heel Wit’s Terms and Conditions are registered at the Alkmaar Chamber of Commerce. By making an order or accepting an order you thereby submit to these Terms and Conditions. These conditions shall not be varied upon unless agreement to vary is recorded in writing and or is agreed upon by Heel WIT. This shall in no way affect the other applicable terms of the contract. Heel Wit may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these terms and conditions. Returns Policy If you wish to return an article we will require an email stating your reasons within 2 days after receiving your goods. We only accept return shipments on the condition full postage due is paid for. Furthermore the products must be in a perfect condition, unused, with its original packaging and any original labels provided for. Upon receiving the return shipment Heel Wit will return funds due via electronic banking (within a maximum of 3 business days). Heel Wit cannot accept any responsibility for parcels lost or stolen in transit. Special offers and promotions Special offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers and or promotions. Terms and Conditions Our Terms and Conditions are registered with the Alkmaar Chamber of Commerce. Special Offers All special offers and agreements with Heel Wit are without any obligations and subject to availability. A contract between you and Heel Wit will only be deemed to exist upon acceptation and confirmation of an order by Heel Wit. Heel Wit reserves the right to refuse and stipulate certain terms regarding your order unless explicitly stated otherwise. In the unlikely event an order’s rejected, Heel Wit will let you know within ten (10) working days after acknowledging your order. Pricing Unless distinctly stated otherwise all prices for the products and services on offer are in Euro’s and are inclusive of VAT. The costs of packaging, shipping as well as possible levies or taxes levied on account of the products on offer will be at the expense of Heel Wit unless specifically mentioned otherwise. Discounts are deemed to be granted on a per order basis. Previous discounts are not in anyway binding for Heel Wit. Heel Wit offers the following payment options: iDEAL, creditcard (Visa, Mastercard) or banktransfer/ electronic banking into Heel Wit’s account. If your order exceeds your credit limit we request that you get in touch with Heel Wit’s customers service department. If you refrain from making the payment required, Heel Wit reserves the right rescind or to terminate the contract and the subsequent provisions thereof. Delivery All dates quoted for delivery by Heel Wit are estimated delivery dates only. Prolonged delivery times do not imply any right to damages nor the right to annul or dissolve the agreement unless the goods will not be available for such time as to be deemed reasonable.. In that case you reserve the right to annul or cancel the agreement in so far as this may be necessary. In so far as prolonged delivery is deemed possible Heel Wit will do all in its power to fulfil its obligations as to delivery times. Intellectual and industrial property rights. You must wholly and unconditionally respect the intellectual and property rights which rest upon Heel Wit’s products. Privacy Your information will be stored in customer database so we’ll be able to keep you up to date about special offers and new designs. If you do not wish to receive any further emails from us please email klantenservice@heelwit.nl. We urgently request that you inform us about any change of address. Up to and until Heel Wit has received a change of address you will be deemed to work or reside at the last known address and remain liable for all goods delivered to this address. By placing an order you authorize Heel Wit – if need be- to request your data with the council administration or other official bodies. Applicable law and jurisdiction All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these terms and conditions apply including the terms and conditions themselves are governed by the law of the Netherlands.
